When you order a minimum of $800.00 LogFinish.com products, your shipping is FREE. For smaller orders please consult the table below. All quoted shipping cost are for shipments within the Continental US. For shipments outside the Continental US, please call 888-208-2248 for a freight quote and to place your order.

LogFinish.com Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are easy at LogFinish.com! Just give us a call at 888-208-2248, Option 3 to begin the process. All returns must be made within 90 days of purchase date. All products are to be returned in the original shipping carton in saleable condition. Special Order items and open containers are not eligible for return. Please do not return any merchandise without prior authorization.
Check Packages Immediately!
Inspect shipment on arrival and verify the contents. Notify us of any missing or damaged items. Do not discard packaging until a photo has been taken of the damaged shipment. LogFinish.com will file a claim with FedEx to replace lost or damaged products. In most cases, you will be contacted by email within 24 hours of invoice date if your order contains backordered or special order items that result in delayed delivery.
Returns/Exchanges and Refund Policy:
- LogFinish.com must issue a FedEx Call Tag to begin the return process.
- Fees for returns include return shipping rates, FedEx Call Tags and restocking fees for EACH returned item:
- $50 for 5 gallon buckets & 30oz cases
- $30 for 1 gallon pails, 12oz cases and other small items
- Refunds will be calculated based on original invoice price less above return fees. Refunds will be issued only after the product has been inspected and approved by the LogFinish.com Returns Team.
- Exchanges will be invoiced as a new order requiring payment at time of transaction.
- Items returned without prior authorization are subject to additional handling fees at LogFinish.com’s discretion.
Warranties:
Do not open containers or mix in any additives until you are ready to use the product. Buyers and users of these products are responsible for all loss or damage from misuse or handling of products which results from conditions beyond the control of Seller, including, but not limited to, incompatibility with other products, unless otherwise expressly provided in the “Directions for Use” of these products, weather conditions, moisture conditions or other environmental conditions, which are outside of the ranges that are generally recognized as being conducive to good industrial and/or application practices. LogFinish.com (Seller) warrants to those persons lawfully acquiring title to this product that at the time of the first sale of this product by Seller that this product conforms to its chemical or other description and was reasonably fit for the purposes stated on the label when used in accordance with Seller’s directions under normal conditions of use and Buyers and users of this product assume the risk of any use contrary to such directions. LogFinish.com makes no other express or implied warranty, including any other express or implied warranty of fitness or of merchant ability and no agent of seller is authorized to do so. In no event shall Seller’s liability for any breach of warranty exceed the purchase price of the material as to which a claim is made. LogFinish.com is not responsible for product breakdown due to improper application or storage.
